will the event be indoors or outdoors?
The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Dinner Reception will be held outdoors, taking advantage of Arizona's beautiful March weather—typically sunny with daytime highs around 80 °F (26 °C) and cooler evenings near 60 °F (15 °C). The After Party will move indoors to the ballroom, providing a cozy retreat as the desert night cools.
wedding day, when to arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, guests are encouraged to arrive by 4:45pm to get settled. Should you arrive after 5:00pm, our team will kindly escort you to a waiting area until the ceremony concludes.
